Think "Cards Against Humanity" meets "Monopoly".
Hasbro should create a new version (or I can do it) of their classic real estate board game but with a twist. Think Cards Against Humanity meets Monopoly. "No Backsies" (that's what I'm calling it) has locations around the board like you're accustomed to, but each board is completely customized to the individual with streets, shops, schools, parks, and locations that they choose. Colorful print-on-demand stickers come with a stylized, generic board that the stickers are placed on to make it unique and local to each person.  The fun is in the stickers - using any names, adjectives or colorful language that you want (and that Hasbro would most likely never allow) is a kickstarter for creativity. Kids love poop jokes so you better believe one location is going to be bathroom related.
Monopoly could get a little boring so the game cards that come with this one also make the game a bit spicier and can completely change the course of the game for a player - i.e. "Trade one of your locations with someone else and they can't refuse", "Go directly to The Toilet and do what it says".
Also Included:
Customized chips/pieces to move around the board, which can also be a moment of fun using a picture of your grandma's face or a favorite emoji (you know which one I mean).
Glow in the dark dice - because glowing in the dark is always better.
The spicy game cards that also reference your customized locations on the board.

Maybe I'll just create the stickers that work with the existing Monopoly board and save myself a lot of headaches & production costs. That could work too.
